Southern Diversion is located on the North End of Key largo. This property is so close to one of the largest National Marine Sanctuary and best developed reef systems. This property is amazing for fishing with your guests right on the dock as well. There are 2 restaurants/bars within walking distance and grocery stores are less than a mile away.

Southern Diversion offers 6 Bedrooms which Sleeps 17 guests. Bedroom 1 – 1 king ,Bedroom 2 – 1 king ,Bedroom 3 – 1 queen ,Bedroom 4 – 5 twin/ single , 2sets of bunk beds w/ trundle pullout ,Bedroom 5 – 3 twin/ single , 2 sets of bunk beds w trundle pull out,Bedroom 6 – 1 king , 1 queen , 1 king with 1 twin daybed/connected to bedroom 6 . Property has 5 bathrooms total.

Southern Diversion is a perfect wedding venue. Ceremony locations in ,multiple areas, pool area is great for cocktail hour and underneath the tiki hut is where we usually put the bar, in the back section on the sand is where we have reception dinner and dancing underneath the lights. It truly is a beautiful Florida Wedding venue.

Southern Diversion Rents 2 Ways. Weekend or Midweek Rentals. Site Fee is $2,500
3 Night Mid Week Accommodations
Offseason (July – September) $1,500
MidSeason (October – January) $2,500
High Season (February – June) $3,000
4 Night Weekend Accommodations
Offseason (July – September) $3,500
MidSeason (October – January) $5,500
High Season (February – June) $7,000

- PRICING
Site Fee is $2,500. Accommodations depend on Season. Accommodations are anywhere from $1,500 for 3 night midweek option to $7,000 for a 4 Night Weekend Option in Prime Season
- Reserving
We require a 20% deposit to reserve the property. This deposit is used towards your balance. Final Balance must be paid 90 days before check in.
- TOUR OF THE HOUSE
Southern Diversion looks exactly as depicted in the video and pictures (in fact the trees and privacy are better now), however if you want to get a tour of the house, please email us directly to make arrangements. The house has to be vacant to see it.

Southern Diversion is located on mile marker 106 right off the stretch and is close and convenient from the Airport.
What makes this such a great place for weddings is that we have a very large private beach. We have lots of wedding pictures online. We have had weddings as large as 200 and as small as 10 people.
- CONTRACT
Please let us know if you want a contract and for what date and we will send that to you. Then you need to sign and scan the contract back to us and mail a check to our company.
If you want to see a sample of the contract, please let us know your dates and we can send one over.
